I stand behind 100% all of my products. All of my formulations are created with specific results in mind with a lot of time and efficiency invested researching every possible ingredient and desired effect.
I have an autoimmune disorder which effects my body in many ways, and my husband is a germ-a-phoebe, so I am a woman and wife simply on a mission for both of us to be as healthy as possible and hope in the process I can also help others do the very same, for whatever their reasons. I also make and use all natural products, such as sanitizer, anti-aging cream, lip balms, relief/body oils, sugar scrubs, various soaps, cleaning products and so much more. This is due to the fact that everything that we touch, eat, & wear, are absorbed into our skin, which in turn means it becomes a part of our bodies and effects them in so many ways we don't always recognize or understand.
All of My Products that have ALL Natural Ingredients and use Essential oils Vs. Fragrance & Flavor oils are Vegan / Cruelty Free....I purchase from companies that do not test on animals. The companies I purchase the Fragrance & Flavor Lines can not guarantee this 100%, so If this is important to you, please avoid those lines accordingly. I have customers that this is not a concern for and would like to be able to service the needs of everyone.....So please read all my ingredients accordingly.
My ALL Natural Sanitizer line is popular and made only with Essential Oils and Pure Fragrance Oils, but I have also created the "ALMOST" "All Natural" line. This happened Initially because a customer requested the Lilacs and Lillies scent. I decided to put out a few more options. To all that do not know, essential oils are all natural but fragrance oils are not completely. This line is made with both Essential and Fragrance Oils. Essential oils (EO's) are steam-distilled pure plant extracts used for scenting or aromatherapy. Fragrance oils (FO's) are synthetically made chemical scent compounds. Many skincare products, soaps and candles, even those labeled "natural" often contain fragrance oils. Although some may include natural compounds, they are different compared to essential oils because they are not naturally produced and they imitate other smells. Fragrance oils are protected by the FDA and are marked with “trade secrets”. This means that there are ingredients that are not declared and listed on the labels, that said, I just want to inform you as much as I can to what is in my products.
Please Note: Although most of my products have "'ALL" Natural Ingredients: Due to the fact that alot of what I create is at special request or special order, there are some products that will contain fragrance and flavor oils as well as or instead of essential oils, with will add some unknown chemical additives as they are usually essential oils mixed with additional chemicals which make it not 100% All Natural.... Please read all my products ingredients before purchasing and using if this is a must for you, I advertise and detail all ingredients for every product offered, always. Those specific products which call for fragrance or flavor oils and only those will not be completely ALL natural. Ingredients will always be available, so you will have the knowledge before you decide to purchase said product.
I use Mica & pigment powders for natural coloring: Mica is a silicate mineral used in cosmetics for its brilliant or shimmering appearance, according to Wikipedia. The word "mica" is actually thought to be derived from the Latin word "micare," meaning "to glitter." It is mined in thin sheets and is usually found in blue or green hues, although iron oxides are often added to create a brilliant range of bright colors. Although many minerals are used as pigments in cosmetics, Mica's sheer, translucent and skin-hugging properties make it a popular ingredient in mineral powders. Mica powder reflects light from the face because of its glittering or shimmering properties, and can create the illusion of a smoother, softer and more radiant skin tone (Source). This too is a hot topic, some people believe that mica powders can be synthetic, so you have to be careful of where you purchase yours, I do my due diligence when it comes to my products, that is a guarantee...
How to Use Essential Oils Safely How to Do a Spot Test for Allergies: If you're highly allergic or have extremely sensitive skin, do a spot test before using essential oils. Put 1 drop of the essential oil into 15 drops of carrier oil (such as Coconut oil) and rub it into your upper chest. If you show no reaction after 12 hours, it's likely safe to use it. Pregnant women need to be careful about using essential oils. Only some essential oils are considered to be safe while pregnant and breast feeding, when used in small, well-diluted amounts: cardamom, coriander, geranium, ginger, grapefruit, lavender, lemon, lime, neroli, palmarosa, petitgrain, spearmint and ylang ylang.
ALLERGY: Sweet Almond Oil is used in many products, so if you have a nut allergy, please take heed.
SUGAR SCRUB & SCRUB BARS- Please be careful using this product in the shower, as it has oils that could be slippery, use with extreme caution. PLASTIC BOTTLES ARE BPA FREE----
BUT IF YOU HAVE A LATEX ALLERGY, THE MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDS THAT YOU DO NOT USE THEM.
