Body Oils : My Relief / Body Oil has several purposes. Its aromatherapy properties allow it to be used as a massage oil, ( I enjoy cinnamon) or as a body scent (instead of perfume) My hubby uses Coconut, I use Vanilla. The essential oils also are great for aromatherapy to enhance your moods however you choose. I find Lemon or Grapefruit are great for a nice refreshing energized feel. Lavender is very soothing, etc. etc. They can also be used for a headache, by simply rubbing a dab on your temples, I usually use peppermint or eucalyptus/spearmint for this, or my special headache relief blend. ✺HOW TO USE ✺
It is recommended to use the massage oil at any point in the day and again at the end of the day before sleep or after a hot relaxing shower. Apply a small amount of oil on your skin, massage gently with slight movements and focus especially on parts of the body in pain that need relief, if head, forehead, temples, and behind ears.
I also use a small dab on my wrist and rub together to absorb, I also rub on to my neck as well. I love to take in the wonderful scents.
